Complete the contact form and share a short brief about your special day and we'll setup a free consultation to get a feel for our collaboration—we’ll chat through your vision for the big day and explore how to turn it into reality.

2. Reserve your spot

If it feels like the right match, we’ll confirm everything with a retainer and a signed agreement. From there, I’ll send over a questionnaire to guide the next steps in the planning process.

3. Planning

In the lead-up to your wedding day, I’ll be in touch to offer support and creative direction as needed, especially when it comes to building a smooth, practical timeline.

4. On your special day!

I'll be there on your special day to capture every heartfelt glance and joyful moment, turning them into timeless memories—so you can relax, soak it all in, and truly enjoy every second of your special day.

5. Preview

Your big day may fly by, but the memories are just beginning—I’ll send through a sneak peek of your wedding photos within a week so you can start reliving every moment.

6. Crafting your Gallery

From there, your images are thoughtfully refined with careful attention to tone, light, and emotion—each frame shaped into a timeless finish. We take the time needed to perfect every detail, so your photos feel just as special as the day itself.

7. Delivery

Your gallery is on its way—beautifully prepared and ready within 8–12 weeks after your wedding day. Once it arrives, you’ll be able to view, download, and share your images while reliving every unforgettable moment with the people you love.

Absolutely! It also helps ensure we’re aligned and feel totally at ease with each other before your big day. If an in-person catch-up isn’t possible, we can easily connect over a video call instead. And if we do meet, I’m a bit of a coffee junkie, so the coffee is on me!
